Your property will always be perfectly maintained and ready for your arrival at the drop of a hat giving you more time to enjoy your property.
Before your arrival and after your departure
I will manage the preparation and upkeep of the property to ensure you feel warmly welcomed each time you stay:
- Property check before arrival: cleanliness, heating / air conditioning / ventilation of rooms, etc.
- Check supply of cleaning products
- Cleaning: Window cleaning, floor cleaning, dusting, appliance cleaning, ventilation, room preparation, opening / closing shutters and meters, alarm
- Laundry: Maintenance of household linens (sheets and towels): collection and delivery of laundry, or, if your property has a washing machine, the washing and the ironing of linens will be carried out on-site during the allotted cleaning time.
- Additional option of a welcome basket including : bottle of wine, mineral water, Nespresso capsules, tea …
During your stay
In order for you to make the most of your stay, APMS will be available 7/7 to respond to your personal needs and requirements.
If necessary, APMS continue to coordinate the maintenance of the Property inside and out, the garden, the swimming pool, and the vehicles.

- Do It Yourself (assembly of small pieces of furniture, replacing light bulbs…)
- Project management
- Presence during work (Painting, plumbing, masonry, electricity…)
- On-site follow-up of development of work, with photo updates
